If we don't find 40+ hours of waste, the week is free.
Applies to the AI Readiness Audit. If the blueprint we deliver at end of week 1 identifies fewer than 40 quantified hours of weekly waste (with our methodology shown), we refund 100% of the ₦1.8M fee on request. One claim per business.
What isn't in the price.
- Third-party tool costs — Whisper API calls, Notion / Slack / Google Workspace seats, Vercel / Supabase hosting, browser-control sandbox time for Computer Use agents. We pass these through at cost with receipts attached to your invoice.
- VAT — added at 7.5% to every invoice per the FIRS VAT Act.
- Bespoke integrations outside our standard stack — quoted separately on the audit.
- Reserved capacity for high-availability SLA (24/7 with named on-call) — optional, quoted separately.
